About 15% of India’s population experiences some form of disability. Yet disabled people are still very much excluded from the mainstream fashion clothing, despite having considerable potential of national spending, considering the families, parents, professionals and care givers of disabled people are together taken into account.

Disabilities come in a several forms and often demand specific clothing needs, such as an adjustable sizing, or alternative closures, or special cut to adjust continuous wheel chair sitting or buttons and zippers at appropriate places especially for people with autism and dyslexic children, or different body shapes or amputated hand, legs and that support disability support devices.
